Roger sir, my original post was more as a curiosity as to how Navy OCANS accrue leave, since I did not accrue any when I went from the blue to an OCAN on the green side of the house (and is now apparent that it is in fact done differently), and that my suspicion was you would be going negative in your accrued leave, not that it could not be taken. Thank you for the clarification on the MILSPERMAN.

No your orignal post was to say I didn't know what I was talking about and should fact check myself. And your second post was you trying to talk down to me because you've been to OCAN and thought you knew everything which we know now is far from the truth. Have a good day bud. :)
