But didn't it say they will adjourn in August?
No, OCS boards don't give adjourn dates only convene dates. The results should be released 2-10 weeks after the actual board convene date, the date listed may or may not be the date they start as these dates are only placeholders unlike boards held by NPC.

So like does this mean that I’ll get my answers for CWO and Intel 2-10 weeks after 8/11?

Yes, unless there are changes to what is available for the board to fill. If that happens NRC should just push your application to the next board if what you picked isn't available.

OceanO select
Do smaller communities have harder times getting ship dates? I just accepted oceano without a ship date and curious if its going to be a very long wait or just logistics they are figuring out and more like october-ish late in the year timeframe?

It can depend on follow on schools, how many for the FY they need, and I am sure many things no one outside of NRC knows so it isn't really harder as they need to get all the accessions for the FY graduated by the next FY.

I’m not sure if this is the right forum to ask or post this, but just wanted to see how I stack up and what my chances look like based on my package. I’m going for IP and MCWO and will probably try to make the July cycle as I’m still awaiting MEPS.

26M

4.0 GPA B.S. Cybsersecurity (only math up to pre calculus, no physics required)

Prior Enlisted OS2 (all MP’s and EP’s)

OAR: 48 (I’m aware it’s not very high but I will still probably have it waived as I only have one more attempt)

I would study for that third OAR attempt and get above a 50 if you want MCWO. According to Prior Officer Recruiters on the Future Mustang Mentorship Facebook page, MCWO are currently not accepting any waivers until next year. Can always try though. My OAR scores were 45,47 and finally 54.

If we get chosen by this board (for CW or IP) could anyone guestimate when we might hit OCS?
If you look at the newest board schedule there are boards in June, Aug, and Oct with the June board having just a few designators they are selecting for.

Got it, knowing this I may just apply for IP and CWO with the waiver and retake if I don’t get selected and add MCWO if I score >50. Mind me asking how you changed up your studying to go from a 47-54? Seems like a pretty significant jump compared to 45-47 (i got a 45 my first attempt as well)

I studied every day using the Google drives, YouTube to lookup explanation videos, the OAR app, and ASTB prep app. The account I found the most helpful was this and also used this playlist.
