Have any civilian applicants heard about their MCWO results from their recruiters? I've been left completely in the dark with my recruiting station. I've called the main line five times over the past three weeks and left messages. I've also sent roughly 12 texts to my recruiter and 4 phone call attempts over the past three months with no reply.
I actually had to call a different recruiting office (the medical recruiting office) in my area just to get the info that my recruiter PCS'd a month ago. Over the past week I've called and texted the recruiter who supposedly took over all his recruits multiple times, but haven't heard anything back. I ended up calling the medical recruiting office again and submitting a complaint to my new recruiter's COC, because this is insane.
I'm a prior service candidate and I've never experienced this lack of professionalism with any of the recruiters I've gone through for the air guard or the Navy. And it has to be just that office that is poorly ran, because the medical office picks up their phone every time you call and actually helps you, even if you aren't their recruit.
The crazy part is that my recruiting office does not have an open door policy, they have a locked door with the government "ring" style lock, and didn't let me in when I first came to them in august. They only met with me when I called their number and scheduled an appointment. If I get picked up, I'm lambasting their recruiting office all over the internet after I sign my commission paperwork and get my ocs date.
Rant over, thanks for listening. Anybody else have this horrible experience with their recruiters?
