To put things in perspective SWO was released last week or week before?, PAO is one board, EDO is one board, and the rest you listed are all grouped together in one board.

PAO and EDO are very small boards and go quick, small quotas as well.

Yes, I noticed that the PROREC results for those boards are dated and signed prior to today I was just pointing out that they POSTED today to be viewed vice being released today. No confusion intended. Thanks for the amplifying info as well.
