I have also applied for this board. Good luck everyone!
Does anyone know the acceptance rate for this board and the estimated time for results?
And the year prior to that (2016), the board convened on a Monday and results were posted that Thursday.Last year the board convened on a Wednesday and results were out the following week's Friday
As for acceptance rate/quotas, I'm not exactly sure but the outgoing OCM did mention to me that it was less than last year (11), so I'd imagine 9 or 10. The current OCM also told me he expects a less than 10% selection rate based on the number of quotas vs. applicants. So I'd imagine there's around 110+ applicants this cycle.I have also applied for this board. Good luck everyone!

I'm not sure. I was under the impression that it was at NAVAIR in Patuxent River, MD but I haven't head anything solid. I suppose since I'm stationed here I could just ask around...Where is the board at this year?
I was told BOL and at some point an email from the OCM.How do they normally notify you whether you make it ir not?
I'd imagine you'd find out through BOL or an OR before the website. The OCM updates the website himself and it would seem reasonable that he'd allow people a chance to hear on their own before posting the names of all selected.I heard the AMDO website will post it early too. One of my AMDO's said he found out on the AMDO page before he heard word from anyone else.
If you don’t get selected, do you receive a letter. I was just talking to someone who said they did, however, I never received one for the last board and I was curious.
