I played the sim game https://jantzenx.github.io/ASTB/, practiced the flashcards that are on here somewhere for the UAV. And finally, right before taking the test, I played Halo on Legendary with Inverted controls until I was able to no-scope with the sniper. That's when I knew I was ready.

Your OAR is fine so I wouldn't worry about that as much, just focus on the ASTB portion.

Think they’ll take me if I beat Halo 2 LASO using a yoke and throttle?

My ASTB scores were mediocre (46/5/6/6) and my GPA was trash (2.56) what I believe I brought to the table was fantastic evals and proof of superior performance, shit hot recommendations, and I worked really hard to address everything in my personal statement. I had no waivers. And I was able to get my entire flight physical done and I was already cleared through NAMI before ever applying (idk how I pulled that off, my medical made it easy, other people's medical says it can't be done).
Do you mind looking over mine?

Congrats to all the homies that got pro-rec Y for the designator they want, especially the oldies here, it’s been a pleasure going insane with you all the past few months. Before I go bury my head in the sand and study for the ASTB, @flatspinturkeyb, @Navy21 and all the other high scoring giga chads, what do you recommend studying? I studied Kyle’s gauge for 2 days but knew nothing about the ASTB portion and got 6s, hoping with a month of solid studying I can get 8s-9s.

Yes, absolutely go through and use the AW study guides. I believe there were also 2 or 3 other study guides on AW that I studied too.

I also looked up YouTube videos pertaining to test taking tips on ASTB. Youtuber Faithbyflight is a good one, best of luck!
