Most don't look at transcripts, just a few very specific designators.I bet they won't look at transcripts if the GPA is high enough.
Hence "poly-Sci" let's em fly"

Thanks for the information on your previous reply. Since I already graduated from a masters program after my kit was submitted, I don’t think I’ll need another degree. Most don't look at transcripts, just a few very specific designators.
I don’t know how much u can help with this but I have a 3.3 with a public health major which according to my recruiter is STEM consider I have lots of science classes due to it being a Health Science degree before I was forced to switch. With a major and a gpa like that would a 55 oar give me a very solid chance of being picked up or do u think I’m screwed if I don’t have a 60+? I asked my recruiter already but I’d like a second opinion possibly.I was specifically talking about with or without prior service to the age reference.
Yes GPA is a big factor for these programs no matter the age as the average GPA of those selected hovers around 3.5
I have seen many who were IS, IT, and CT who had several years of experience who had less than 3.0 GPA's that were not picked up.
One board the program manager told me they had so many applicants everyone with a GPA less than 3.0 was declined by the board with no application review.
