GPA: 2.8 (2.5 Community College, 3.6 University; Waiver)
Degree: BS Computer Science
TIS: 6 years SELRES, steelworker
Age: 24 M
Classes: Calc 1, Physics 1
Leadership: Participated in lots of clubs and leadership position, over 500 volunteer hours
LOR, Experience, Certs: N/a

My stats were kinda on the low end but I think my leadership and motivational statement/remarks helped me. Regardless, congrats to all who got in!

Apologies for sharing bad news.
Prorec NO for IP and I was told by my OR my second pick was CW and my name was not in the yay or nay list.(WTF)

At least I did not get a DNR(!!) so I’ll just dust off and try again with a better package.

Per my OR, the submitted GPA was 3.23. My bachelor’s gpa is a 3.0 although I took a lot of classes after graduating for my master degree prep and graduate studies. Kinda speculating that as I was not done with my graduate degree when my package was submitted, the board leaned heavily towards the transcripts from my bachelor’s.

Ah man, I am sorry to hear that! Best wishes for an even stronger application the second time! That is surprising. Your stats are really good.
