This will be my first time applying for OCS being on active duty.
AD: MA2 / E-5 with 9 years
OAR: 53
Age: 28
Applying for: SWO
Undergrad: Bachelor of Arts in History GPA 3.93
Appraisals:
O-4 SWO (XO of Newport)
O-7 Submarine Officer
Got 2 more lined up, at least an O-5 or O-6, and possibly another O-7 SWO.
The 2 I have are all highest marks.
LOR: Chief Master Sargent of the USAF, A congressmen, and a retired O-10.

Given how many selections they have to still do for this FY and your GPA you shouldn't have a very good chance of getting selected and that is without any of the appraisals.

This is my second time applying for SWO through the 6-month reconsideration package window. (Was on the 11NOV board-Alternate Selectee)
AD: ABH1/E-6 with 10 years
OAR: 47 (Previously had a waiver for a 41)
Age: 30
Applying for: SWO
Undergrad: BAS Organizational Leadership GPA 3.71/ Grad: Half-way through MA Organizational Leadership GPA 3.75
3 New Appraisals: All Top Marks (O-5(SEL) SWO/O-6(SEL) SWO/O-7(SEL) SWO)
3 Previous Appraisal: All Top Marks besides one 9 and one excellent on SWO (O-5 AMDO/O-5 SWO/0-4 CRYPTO)
LOR: O-4 (Supply Officer) retired, LT. Col (AF), O-4 (Cryptologic Officer)
A few other awards and courses added for consideration.

Good Luck to everyone on their board results. Being apart of the board says enough about anyone's drive. The process is daunting but rewarding in the end!

How many selections do they have left for this FY? I know the April 11th board is considering selections for FY’s 22 and 23.

I wish they would update the screen for AD as these boards are just Y or N, no alternates.

I have a very stupid question. This is my first time submitting my application for SWO OCS. I am trying to see where i am supposed to submit mu package?

Look up Paul Celestin, he is the contact at NRC who you will submit it to. There have been multiple people who have posted about him on the boards here!

I submitted for both supply board 28Feb2022 and SWO for 11April2022

Ad: 7 years ABE1
OAR: 47
Age: 31
Bs: Business Administration gpa 3.6 with a cumulative 3.0 because of my associates if I did my math right
1 age waiver submitted for both programs.
First choice is Supply 2nd choice SWO
I’m currently recruiting right now, getting ready to transfer soon in a few months, no hard copy orders yet

3 appraisals: 2 Supply 06,1 05 SWO all 10s
2 LOR: 06 Air Boss, & retired 05 currently a college Dean
Eval write ups are good: P, Mp, P ( Was recently mapped to first)
Strong personal personal statement for my desire as a Naval Officer.

No degree in hand, all classes are complete final transcripts submitted, and conferral date, just waiting to walk the stage for my bachelors right now

These boards really has me on my toes
