All I can say is it’s a total crapshoot sometimes. I’ve seen people with great stats get passed over, I’ve seen others that had not so great stats get picked.

I think they sit in a room and throw a dart at our application and that’s how we get selected.

This might be the most diverse thread I’ve ever seen tbh for Intel. I think there are more female applicants than usual! I counted 5 for this cycle in this thread alone.
