He didn't get rolled. He graduated on time just bad luck. I know for me I had a pretty "fast" process. A few were faster but in general it took me 3-4 weeks to hear I was Pro-Y and then a month to get my FS which had me going a month later. So I went to OCS 2 1/2 months after my Pro-Y.

Yes. It is a voluntary program. People learn fast if this is for them or not. I would focus on getting selected then memorizing the OCS gouge BEFORE reporting then focus on OCS. You have awhile until you head to Pensacola. It may only be 3 months but you could be waiting for a few months until...

Holy hell...just focus on the Pro-Y and then OCS. Don't shoot to far ahead. Most of the OCS DOR's that I saw were Aviation and trust me I thought they were going to do better than me.

I think right now if you get NPQ'd for aviation (SNA & SNFO) then they put you up for SWO. If you don't get selected for SWO then you can go Staff Corps or Restricted if they pick you up. But if you get SWO its "go SWO or go home".

Yes. You'll go through a in depth flight physical that get sents to NAMI. You won't hear back till the 11th or 12th week. I got my orders the Wednesday before I commissioned.

Don't be that guy. He/she will contact you when there is news. Practice being patient as it is much needed while at OCS because you won't find out until the week of graduation if you are medically qualified for aviation or get orders till then.

I am not a recruiter but I can confrom you need all official transcripts even if you took one class at a community, as for the LORs yes you need them from all employers of the last three years. I had to do all this last year when I applied.

You do odd jobs around for OTCN. Its mainly medical. Usually anything other than aviation will graduate and commission as their medical is not as in depth as aviation. They are issued. I don't believe you get to use your old ones. I believe everybody in my class was issued Bates from the NEX Uniform Shop.

You have to commission. Some people graduate OCS but have medical or other things that holds them from commissioning. If you graduate but don't commission you go to student pool and continue recieving E-5 pay.
