Also, it's important to know that the ASOS and AWOS have different reporting capabilities. Check the FAR/AIM for the actual specs, but one will only report within certain parameters whereas the other will report actual numbers regardless.

I get side stitch pretty badly when I run and don't breathe correctly. If I get in the habit of breathing in the rhythm with my stride so that I exhale and inhale on the same foot every time then the side stitch will kill me at the mile and a half. Dehydration never helps either!!!

I was just about to say how an average rollercoaster is pretty tame compared acro in a plane. 2.5G's is about the most the average american could probably pull without yacking their lunch so I doubt the rollercoaster pulls any more than 2 in the z-axis.
