yeah, the test is almost exactly like the practice test which you can get from your recruiter, they just change numbers. I found the test to be quite easy after preparing for it from the gouge I found here. I also made sure I knew the spacial apperception portion cold. I don't know how far...

not sure about AQR, but OAR I believe is the Officer Aptitude Rating, FOFAR I think is your Aptitude rating to be a Flight Officer, and PFAR is your Pilot aptitude. All those are used for the ASTB test given by the Navy, only the FOFAR and PFAR are used by the Marines. I'm sure somebody out...

Your recruiter might have just been getting you to apply for an MOS that wasn't easily filled. From what I understand, a lateral transfer is next to impossible, even though it is done. They spend a lot of money training you to be a NFO so I don't think they'll simply transfer you over to SNA...
