don't want to Monday QB at all...but... Gliders usually have a tremendous amount of adverse yaw... so for the average piston pilot who is used to dealing with gyro-precession, p-factor, etc and not too much adverse yaw.... combine that with a nose high turn and a slower airspeed.

Ha - true.... I would just, idealistically, think that if you were joining the Army - even if to be in the band... you could still possess a certain amount of weapons proficiency that would sorta come with wearing the ACUs and all that stuff. It's not like it's asking a lot.

Mr. Hinton got the T-6 checkout at 150TT, and P-51 at 300TT and T-33 not too long after....imagine trying to run that by the insurance company.

Don't most law enforcement officers search/coordinate vehicle tags through the motor vehicle database/agency respective to each area? The FAA is the head agency for aircraft registration. Going in based on a registration number alone from a completely seperate organization should have warranted...
