Yes, you have access to mypay while in BDCP. You can check your upcoming LES on the 7th and 23rd (or so) each month to see what your next paycheck will be. If there is an error, checking it early can give you some time to get it fixed, and if nothing else, time to prepare for a smaller paycheck.

When I was BDCP, I made about $2000 as E-3, $2200 as E-4, and $2400 as E-5. That's after taxes, 2005-2006 timeframe. And the time does count towards time in service!
