Yeah, I think that Millington has been inundated with applications lately, so everything is really competitive right now.Who knows, maybe if I would have submitted 8 months ago, I could have gotten in easier. I don't know though. Perhaps you're right Goliath, maybe it wasn't just my PRT scores...

Got one more question for you guys--Does the good-medium prt requirement apply to other slots as well, such as supply? If it does, then i'm screwed :P thanks ghost and others for the encouragement..no one said this would be easy.

that's good news ghost and beth. I hope I do get supply. Then I'll just update my PRT and request NFO. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully I hear something from the supply board soon.

well everyone, just heard word a few minutes ago that I didn't get NFO. My PRT needs to be in the good-medium( I think that's what the recruiter said) So now the package is off to the supply board. Sorry to hear the bad news goliath. you've got solid scores...I think you have a shot at supply.

by any chance,did the guy in Millington mention if they had been inundated with packages lately? I submitted a few weeks ago in hopes of getting it in before Oct 1. also, on the SWO board, someone mentioned that there are SWO slots open for OCS applicants.

For those who've already been accepted for NFO. How long did it take for you to hear word that you had been accepted. Does it take around 2 to 4 weeks? I know cuculeis receieved news in only 4 days. My package has been in for about 1 1/2 weeks. Getting anxious here.

quick question: do the boards begin to select applicants for the new fiscal year a week or two before Oct 1, or do they wait until Oct 1 ? I believe that's why my recruiter sent in my app. a week prior to the new fiscal year, before the floodgates open up.

I have the original TMNT and arcade game for nintendo. pissed me off-I could never beat the damn games. Anyway, aviation applicants usually receive word back from the board sooner than others (at least that's what the recruiter says). So I should hear something pretty soon.

hey ghost..is there a link to the new prt requirements? Are they only applicable to aviation candidates? Cause I checked with my recruiter concerning the PRT time requirement. He said that my run (12:30) was good to go. I would hate to get rejected because i was 31 seconds off.

I'm still confused regarding the run-time for the PRT. My recruiter insists that I'm good to go for a NFO. My run time was 12:30. But others in this thread say the max for aviation is 12:00, not 13:30. I think the best thing to do is re-run the PRT
