By the way, I was up flying this afternoon...marvelous flight...but I heard the Callsign “Pioneer.” They said they were off of Pax River and I know it was a helicopter since they asked for a helicopter specific route through the FRZ. Anyone know who Pioneer might be?

DC low level is a hoot.
I’ll bet! Route 4 picks up just about at Mount Vernon and I love watching them zip by at low level. The guys who make the turn at the WW Bridge to pick up Route 3 look like they are having a good time.

I'll be doing the DC low level in a week or two as part of my check-in syllabus... what could go wrong?

I'll be sure to drop some propagandist leaflets into Pagistan and Grizylvania.

Trust me....that is rolling around in my mind. I always remind myself that I’m the kid who used too much glue on his model airplanes.

Just don't take it as cavalier as Hog did...

"Hog, get away from that thing!"

I know at least one person who got a flight violation itn the DC low level. In a USN aircraft.

Was that the guy at 26 that got violated on his first HAC flight? Wasn't that the same dude that popped for weed and claimed his wife/girlfriend gave it to him via vaginal transfer?
