So I found out how this is happening.
Here is the convo:
“Hey Captain Pitta (Dept Head), how would some people be receiving PRORECs before anyone else?

It’s as simple as their OR calling NRC and having a “friend” (or anyone who is willing to divulge the results list pre signature) tell them if their guys were selected or not.”

Keep in mind, the results are decided; they just haven’t been posted yet. So if someone was willing to ask for specific results, that is how they would get an answer before anyone else.
Well shoutout to my recruiter lol

Y’all need to relax, there’s a reason I didn’t chime in till I heard something. Nothing is quick with the military, this is standard. You have to hurry up and wait, and that especially applies to flying.

the worse thing you can do is get all worried over this. We are quite lucky, the navy needs bodies in planes badly right now. Make it your ten years then go to an airline, especially around then they will really need people if this economy keeps going steady.

don’t let others make you go insane over an email. Live your life.

For starters the navy is not hurting for pilots. The military is hurting for career pilots. Because of exactly what you stated. We don’t have sign on bonus’ second term pilots are getting the bonus because the military is trying to incentivize not leaving and staying for longer.
