I am out of NRD Nashville and my recruiter also gave a 3 week estimation time for a finsel letter. He seemed very confident it would be soon and gave a guess at an August OCS start. I am not age critical, but I do have open availability to ship because I am not a student.
This is making me excited. 3 weeks would be AWESOME

I found out I was professionally recommended for NFO thanks to National OPO. My recruiter never called to tell me. Is this normal?

Found out my kit is just now being uploaded and now I have to wait till the next board....fak

same here I think
recruiter said there was too many applicants and i got pushed back to the next one(august) or
he said there is preference to applicants who had just missed the previous board
so its all good, I understand first come first basis.

First post! Pro-Y SNA out of Seattle, WA! Am I the only one that is now worrying that something horrible is going to go wrong and I'm going to get a non-select letter?
I'm not worried. No outstanding debt, no legal/police issues, never done drugs (not even MJ), only been out of the country once (to Mexico), and I've already fully disclosed all my medical.

If you've been truthful already you got nothing to worry about! (Unless you're age critical)

I'm prior service, Secret eligible and already PQ'd. I'm pretty sure nothing is going to go wrong, but sometimes when I am anxious my pessimism gets the best of me, haha.

Why in heaven are you anxious & pessimistic, you just ProRec'd Y? Anxiety causes stress which is harmful to your health. You're batting 1.000 so far, so relax and enjoy jumping your first big hurdle, pat yourself on the back, and have a cool one!:)

All - Pilot board done, NFO kits to be reviewed this afternoon. Still predicting that results will be released to the Fleet and then NRDs NLT 12May. Additionally, and as predicted, we have started issuing FINSEL letters and filling the July-Sept OCS classes - for both Fleet and NRD shippers. If you were a previous Pilot, NFO, or SWO selects from a past board and had an availability date that supported shipping to OCS in the July-Sept timeframe, then you stand a good chance of shipping to one of the four classes that fall in that timeframe (20Jul, 10Aug, 31Aug, or 21Sep). We are issuing FINSELs as quickly as possible and are planning on filling all four of those classes to the max amount allowed, which is 100 shippers per each class. So remain in contact with your OR (if processed through an NRD) or remain engaged with your chain of command (if a Fleet applicant) as we push out these FINSEL letters with assigned OCS ship dates.

Based on what was said here, specifically that they are quickly planning to fill all 4 classes to the max which is 100 candidates each, it would make sense to why we will receive are FINSEL's within the next 30 days.
