It feels like there's some unnecessary procedure or practice that NOPO is unaware of. Think about is logically.

NOPO's posts made it sound like he was under the impression we would start hearing late Friday and throughout today. I'm totally hearing what RUFIO and NavyoffRec are saying about different NRDs taking longer or shorter amounts of time, but the fact is it is logically unreasonable to assume that none of the applicants of this site would have heard from the various different NRDs. If a single person posted a ProY, it would confirm the "some NRDs are just slower" idea. But the fact that none of us have? Means there's some commonplace practice that's holding up results that NOPO isn't expecting. It just doesn't make sense for the NRDs to be this coordinated on not releasing results when the head of the program is expecting us to hear already.

NOPO/NRC doesn't release results directly to us recruiters. It gets passed down the Chain of Command, meaning I'll likely see them around Monday.

^This would be my guess. (edit): Everyone has a different schedule and "stuff" to do, so they get to it at different times. If the ORs don't see it until 12pm (arbitrary guess), results will start trickling from there.

Then you're implying nationwide coordination between the NRDs to not release a single result.

Sorry if this bothers anyone, this is just how my brain works. I just don't think we're going to get our results today because of whatever process is going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

It would be funny if it was one of those times where you forget to send the attachment with the e-mail. But probably not what happened.

It was a Friday... and releasing results involves more than sending out a list (for the ORs). Or they're just messing with you.

I doubt anything short of results being released will sooth the heart and mind. However, as stated previously, the results will be released when the NRDs are ready to drop them. Speculating how the process is working vs. how we think/feel it is supposed to work is far beyond the pay grade we are hoping to secure.

We are all anxious, excited, etc. Hang in there, remain positive, and be patient. Military life is a lot of "hurry up and wait." The sooner one comes to terms with that, the sooner things start working in one's favor.

Best of luck today gentlemen! Here's to a solid selection rate and Pro-rec Ys! Cheers!

The reason the speculation is so strong is because we have a rock solid source of information, the guy who runs the program, telling us and seemingly expecting one thing, but something else happening. Obviously some disconnect going on

I was just at my NRD to sign an unrelated document. My recruiter asked around after I mentioned it to him Friday. He still hasn't seen the results but after talking to the program manager he believes my package didn't make it to the board on time. So I'll be waiting a lot longer than you guys. Best of luck to everyone.

The results will be pushed to the NRDs by close of business tomorrow, Friday. So recruiters should begin getting the results to notify NRD applicants by close of business tomorrow and throughout Monday.

There is still a lot of "Monday" left....
