I wanted to have a few classes done in my graduate program before re-applying. By the time I re-apply ill have 3 classes completed, and 2 more started. Im hoping having a few classes with the two MCSE's and other technical certs will be enough to get me selected.

How long does it take to get the comdocs? I went to MEPs before the board so I am all cleared. I just have to do my conditional release from the ANG.

I got mine in Jan after the Board in Sept last year. It took a few months to clear medical for me. I heard of some getting them within 3 months depending on how fast Tennessee was working. With you having your MEPS done, it should be faster but still most likely a month or more since it still has to process. No clue on the release from the ANG part.

Finally just got the word that I was a Non-Select. Thanks CFlip for getting me the word before my recruiter...

This was my first time applying but I am kind of frustrated. My OIC gave me a rating of 90% confidence which was supposedly one of if not the highest he has given out. I know to him that sounds good but to us, we know that anything less than 100% is pretty much a killer. Same goes for my interviews. I got two 10s and two 8s from the same board. How does that happen? Again, anything less than a 10 is pretty much a killer.

Well I will try again.

unfortunately I have seen this happen first hand before, our NRD didn't start getting more selections until after the OIC that ran the panel interviews changed out.

He may think he is doing everyone a favor by being strict, but if the others aren't playing by the same rules it just screws the people he interviews.

236 Total Applicants. No other information on this letter but I know they put out an official notice that includes what they were looking for and what most of the selectees had in common.
