Man, I should have found an OR instead of doing a "prior" package LOL. All of the non-priors seem to get the answer even though I'm on a shore command and can review message traffic. I'm beginning to wonder how the OR's are getting these answers when my own Executive Officer of the command couldn't even get these results LOL...what a day....
Have your XO call down to TN and speak with the processor.

My XO called THE processor and was told that the message was at their CO's desk to be signed for release. He was also told that the message would be out no later than WED. So here is sit...still waiting... LOL, well, not so lol....

3 LORs from last three employers (were very good letters)
1 minor possession of alcohol on record when I was 18

My wife just signed me up so I figured I should go ahead and post a thing or two.
I got a call on Friday with the news that I was Pro Rec SNA. First time applying.
I actually started looking into the Air Force in June. I got everything filled out, took the test and was waiting on my recruiter ... actually I'm still waiting on my recruiter to move things forward. Instead of remaining in limbo, I got in touch with the Navy in September. We decided we would shoot for the Oct 09 board and rushed to get things done. We did and so far, so good.
My stats:
26, Male
ASTB: 5/6/5 49 (went in cold turkey cause we were trying to get it done quick)
GPA: 3.0 BA Humanities
GPA: 3.5 AAS Aviation Tech
LORS: Major Army Reserves, 757 Captain US Airways, Former Mentor/Professor.
No prior service
No police record
No medical history
250 hours total flight time (fixed wing). Commercial, MEL/SEL Instrument Rating.
Strong community serice record: Boy Scout, Eagle Scout, Order of the Arrow and current BSA advisor. 2 year service mission in France (Church related service). Religious Seminary Instructor for High School students. I'm also scuba certified.
Pretty much been in euphoria since Friday. My wife keeps asking me, "Are you sure he said pilot?"

Not every NRD hears everything at the same time. It's odd. My OR has heard from 2 of my boards and its bad news for both. My 1st choice (IW)I'm stilling waiting on with fingers crossed. Supply releasing results before them is a bit of a departure from average. Hang in there.

I'm sorry that you have had bad news so far. I can't say it's better than not hearing at all but still, this is getting to the point of me wanting to call Millington myself. *WHOOSFRABA!!!*
So yeah I emailed my recruiter yesterday just to verify if I was on the board for Nov. He replies with; Brent, actually you were reviewed by the october board and your were pro rec for SNA, NFO, and SWO. You would think he would have told me that when he found out!!! Anywho, MEPS is next. Everything else is done. Anyone know what the average time is for my final select letter and date? If it is soon I am definately dreading Rhode Island in the winter....better pack my snow shovel...
