Any airplane that has those screens in the front seat where you can play trivia against the other passengers where it says what seat your sitting in and you get to pick a name.

I'll second the Connie; what a gorgeous plane. I'd love to fly one someday.

I don't know, I have flown the same aircraft from different airlines and had much better at one vs another. My favorite, with airline:

Emirates 777 and A330. Seats were nice and big and everything worked, the stews were nice too. The A330 video system was nicer though, bigger and better screen.

Midwest 717. Awesome airline, great seats and service.

Airlines I would love to travel on, no matter the aircraft: Singapore, Cathay Pacific, Virgin and Qantas.

I like JAL and ANA. Hot stews, great service, better inflight selction for movies/games, lots of good chow.....no surly American sky-hags.

Plus, since many asians are short, there's not much competition for exit rows and other seats with decent leg room for us tall guys.

Just for the record though, thats a KC-10 (DC-10 for civilian). MD-11's have winglets, thats the best way to tell the difference. :D

And bigger engines, and bigger fuselage.... I am told the system are very close (ie.. Hyds, pneumatics, packs, etc..).. But since we have MD-11s here and MD-10s (just a converted to glass DC-10), my understanding is that they are very different A/C even though they share a common type... But what do I know, I was not interested that long-haul shit so I settled for a French POS...

Reason number one I want to fly Singapore Airlines, Singapore Girls. Yes, they still call them Girls and they fire them if they even fire if they don't fit in their outfits anymore.

True, that.....

We had some in our hotel in Perth. Very nice and attractive young women. Not the United sky-hags that patrol the aisles back and forth to Japan at age 58 with their oversized sweaters and hair-buns. Kind of like the Lunch Lady from elementary school.

You either get them, or fa.....I mean.....men of exquisite grace and a working knowledge of the contents of "Cat Fancy" magazine.

I think your right, I missed his sarcasm the first time I read it. :(

It was ever so subtle...I have tanked off a Brit L-1011 though with three point tanking...that was really sweet (no lines to speak of like below). The KC-10 has a wicked backlash if you hit the basket too hard and Brits seem to have fixed that.

The Tristars can only do single point, which is why they like using the VC10's instead even though they are smaller:

You're right. My bad. So many years and so many different tankers back then. I think we even ran into some Victors.

The last of the V bombers in service, served as a tanker in the Gulf War.

sleek and graceful

I second that. I don't know what it is about her, I just find her a sleek and graceful bird.

Hapiness is 3x 62000 lbs of thrust....
