I think it depends on what the board is looking for at the time of the board. That’s what’s differentiating people that have these 5/6 scores you’re talking about that are selected vs those that are not. If I had to guess, it’s mainly flight experience. The application package specifically asks you to list any flight experience. But I know someone that was picked up with lower scores and they had flight experience + great LORs

Man i threw my USMAPS computer operator & cyber all source analyst certifications in my package. I’d like to think those gave me a leg up. Easiest active duty certs ever. iykyk

The watch standing principles are long af, but you’ll be set if you can recite them verbatim while doing leg lifts with boots on lol
