We haven't done they yet in my class but when we did run, we'd normally put the faster folks up front in the packFor some of the runs, don’t they break out into groups based on run times?

If i understand your question correctly, you're asking about how the teaching/training as been going? So far, easier than expected. Im not saying it's a walk in the park; I don't always sleep much, there's typically something stressful to deal with, adapting to the class team expectations, etc. The only really hard thing, that I've done so far is RLP (because its so subjective) and our class punishment (1000+ word, hand written essay on building procedures, recruit hand writing style. No mistakes; if any you start over. Plus every word has to be numbered and you cant make a mistake with the numbering either. Black pen only).@DBM, how have the didactics been? Harder/easier than you thought before going?
I’ve heard stories of people failing RLP just for looking at the DI the wrong way haha. Thanks for the reply! That essay sounds so brutal, I guess you really are at the mercy of your senior class. The only really hard thing, that I've done so far is RLP
