GPA : 0.488
FOFAR : 0.316
AQR: 0.225
PFAR : 0.128
Stem vs non stem : 0.103

According to this GPA is the single biggest factor for selection and then FOFAR ( I believe this is because of way data is, most selected have a higher Fofar than a pfar )
If Others can help me improve this model that would be appreciated

I do not train them myself man, the model trained by looking at the data, Maybe I should remove FOFAR from the consideration altogether but we know Navy does care about that.

if I remove the FOFAR from the model parameters then I get these weights

If it’s only trained on AW data then it might be skewed to give a lower percentage. AW users, on average, have higher scores than other applicants. Very cool though.
