I’m a bit worried I may have accidentally lied at MEPS. So i took adhd meds my freshman year of college however I never had an IEP or 504 plan in high school. In that year i got test accommodations and therapy from the school, I called and asked the disability office and they told me that accommodations did not count as an IEP or 504. I also asked my recruiter and he said that didn’t count as an IEP or 504 and to leave it out at MEPS. Now I’m feeling worried because I feel like these accommodations really would be something they would want to know about and I’m fearful now that this will bite me in the butt and honestly it’s weighing on my conscience.

As long as you were complete and honest with what you told your recruiter, and they told you it didn't count and to leave it out, then I would not sweat it. The worst that will possibly happen is they will just tell you no.
If you were prescribed medication or a doctor said you had ADHD you have to disclose, it doesn't matter if you didn't have an IEP or anything else. It goes back to the medical questionnaire where they ask "Have you ever had or do you have now" and one of the questions is specific to ADHD, in addition since you were prescribed meds it will almost certain pull up via genesis.

Oh I disclosed the diagnosis and perscription of medication. I just did not say anything about the college accommodations because they did not fall under the umbrella of 504 or IEP. I am just worried now that I should have said something. Her specific question was “have you ever been given an IEP or 504 plan” which I have not.

OK that is good, I thought you didn't disclose the meds or diagnosis. If that info is on the paperwork it is just a matter or working through the process.

This is a dumb question, but female specific. When reporting to OCS, should my hair be up in a bun or should I keep it down? I do not plan on cutting it.

As you arrive to OCS in civilian clothes, it doesn't matter until you put on a military uniform. Then you'll have to have it up.

What is the initial medical like at OCS (specifically for SNA)? Do you get your blood pressure, eyes, etc checked in the first few days?

After the initial medical work up (eyes/ears/blood), they do a full flight physical on all aviation candidates. It’s highly recommended that you bring copies of all medical paperwork bc they will probably need it. If all goes well and you had very few/no medical problems, they’ll submit it to NAMI for review. For some people, they’ll need a referral to a specialist if you had some sort of condition in your past (broken bones, back problems, behavioral, etc.); once that’s done, they’ll ship it off to NAMI.

If you’re curious about your medical clearance at that point, just remember that no news is good news

Yep, it'll be your first week. If you have referrals and appts with specialists, those will take place sometime during OCS. This might happen as well, but sometimes the specialists are booked for several weeks/months, and you might graduate before getting medically cleared. In that case, you'll just stay in student pool until NAMI gives you the go ahead and you'll commission and get your orders.

And what is someone’s options, if any, if you’ve reported to OCS to be a pilot but don’t pass the medical and can't get a waiver?
DOR or redesignate
If you want to stay, they'll let you.
If you don't, they'll let you walk.

"5. DQ’ed from aviation. Have to pick SWO or nothing at all…..?

AS OF EARLY 2022, SWO IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION. However, this is subject to change with needs of the navy. I did not see a single person redes to SWO during my time in student pool. I saw people offered IP, CRYPTO, INTEL, SEAL and AMDO."
