Spoiler free current OCS gouge including flight physical details

@villo0692 @Mouselovr Just out of curiosity, what does A-Pool look like? Certain duties, etc. There's talks of having SNA staying on recruiting duty (Not OHARP) until classing up. Is that anything y'all have heard?

I kid you not, I posted 2 days ago about this.

As for the recruiting duty, sort of. ROTC and academy folks that haven't checked into Pcola are being told to stay where they are.

Your Gouge is awesome and I definitely appreciate it! I'll take a look at it!

Just graduated from OCS and now sitting in TMG so I figured I would drop some more gouge that's current as of early 2026.

So much of your experience here is dictated by your class team to the point where its hard to give specific and accurate gouge because so much changes class to class but I'll try to give general info in the spirit of the original post.

Pre-OCS nothing has changed. Study your bravo knowledge and show up in shape. People who showed up outside the BCA limits were sent home on the spot so don't mess around.

As far as rolling goes, If you roll in the first phase, you get sent to TMG while you wait for another class to come in. Everyone who I saw roll after the first phase were just sent directly to the class below us. Rolling isn't the end of the world and some of the best people in my class were rolls. I would say in a given class about 25% would roll. Unless you do something really stupid, its very hard to get kicked out of the program so my advice would be to just stick with it if this is something you want to do badly enough.

Not much has changed as far as the flight physical goes. You will go sometime in the first week and they'll tell you right there if you're going to have any serious problems. I would look through the NAMI waiver guide before you go to OCS so you know what waivers you will need and what documents they will ask for. They may not request documents for your waivers until late in the program so having them on hand will help minimize your time in TMG.
