You got me beat today! I couldn’t bring myself to run outside cause of the wind. I was running at 3 incline on the treadmill. Pace on treadmill said 7:30 but my Stryd foot pod gave me the times in pic, def think they are more accurate. Also love brooks! I ran in the Atreyus new company out of Texas...View attachment 29049

Everyone go under the challenges and sign up for them. Really helped me to stay motivated, and also had the added bonus of free stuff and discounts to running related things!
