Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! Well, I am finally getting my fat butt into shape. Pushups are becoming easier and situps are becoming more tolerable. I did have a question on running though. While I am not the fastest runner, I am bettering myself on distance and time. I am able to run ~5K at a 10:30-11:30 pace (depends on if it's windy or not). I know that as I continue to work that my time will improve. My question is what type of distance will we run in Newport? 5K is just about my limit. . .I am really exherting myself and giving it my all. Thanks for your help.
