It's moving. Just curious as to why the 18Aug. check didn't pick up the 11Aug. change? Gettin sloppy.

Without going into the gory details: because the person updating the tracker didn't receive the internal official tracker from the right people at the right time to update the public tracker. Even shorter: it's a bureaucracy.
