API to Wings was 11 months and 1 wk. This is including time in C-pool. From commissioning to Wings, about 20 months.

Obviously that can vary depending on your wait to start primary. But for Prowlers, it's about 12-13 months from starting primary to finishing. For Hornets, about 14-15 months.
