I am guessing you can get FireFox for free somewhere on the internet?

Way way way way more spyware/adware resistant. Much better user interface. For example.. tabbed browsing.

Thanks!Annalisa said:There's an extension called IE Tab that allows you to render pages as in Explorer from within Firefox. It isn't available for Mac OSX, but I've found it convenient for both dealing with standards non-complient sites (that is, IE only) as well as checking up on cross-browser compatibility when developing myself.
Apologies for the threadjack, but I hope somebody might find this handy.

Yes, I know I'm one of 3 people who have problems w/ Firefox, but the thing locks up a lot when I used it and forget about sites w/ flash. I would always get an error message telling me there was an error. Yes, I had flash installed (ver. 8). Finally I just gave up and went back to IE.

I switched to Firefox on my Mac months ago and never looked back. Safari was too limited. There is also a nifty bookmark exporter so switching is a snap.RichardDelk said:FYI, Apple's Safari works fine also. And you get to use it on a Mac, so double bonus.![]()
