Special VFR is not that beautiful when the clods are from 800 feet to 30,000 feet :) , and when the promise scattered t-storms, and it turns out to be 1000 t-storms over Pensacola and Milton, and then they put out a SIGMET... I just want to fly!!! :)

il what? Gotta love two rotary dials for dme and a Tacan approach with mins above VFR. Makes the California marine layer extra fun.

Hell, at least when you can't fly you get to stay at the Q or at home. I'm a Line Tech, I still have to go out in the crap!!
