Hopping in the thread. 2nd time around for me. Re-applying. Changing designator from MCWO to IP (heard from quite a few folks not just recruiters but folks active in USNR, MCWO is just basically full). With the change, have to redo the interviews and have them scheduled on Jan 11. Changed up the package with also adding an Admiral recommendation this time around. Turned 40 last week so I’m on the older end. Hopeful this time!

Nice! I’m going to give MCWO one more try, but would be happy with intel or any of the other designators within the IWC. Second try for me too!
Good luck. I'm sticking with IP first...no changes other than adding a graduate degree that I just finished and updating some LORs. Looks like we all missed the window of low manning the last few years.
That definitely seems to be the case. Still going to keep trying though!
