USN FY 25 IWC DCO Reserve Board

I will personally be doing SHOBODY BOP all week to manifest my selection this cycle.

The selection list is first sent to the respective flag sponsor and then gets routed/sent to CNRC for release.
 
Told my recruiter after we submitted the package that I'd wait til October before I started bugging him--
Definitely going to be an exercise in self control waiting to hear back

Don't worry, the waiting game won't end there.

I was selected as part of the previous board and it took ~1 week from the board convening to hearing back from my recruiter that I was selected.

My FINSEL letter came in 2 months after being informed I was selected. Took the Oath ~3 weeks after that (totaling ~3 months after the board convened).

And I still haven't been gained by my NRC/command, almost exactly 6 months to the day today after being informed I was selected. I'm not even in DEERS yet to get a CAC.

I am hoping some of us prior service folks may have a slightly faster time line…not getting my hopes up

Same here, I'm current SELRES. I know a few JO's that were picked up last year. One was picked in the fall, commissioned in November, and had ODS date for the following May. Went from E6 to O1 as an 1825.

Forgot to mention, he was assigned to the same TRUIC/UMUIC as a local sailor.
