What ever you do don't get discouraged. If you give up, that's the only way to make sure you fail. I had a 2.9 GPA in high school and got told to pack sand when I inquired about ROTC and the Academy. I went to college and got a 2.9 there too (and no I wasn't an engineer), when I applied for a pilot slot, the Navy said no. I kept applying got more letters of rec and kept writing reconsideration letters and resubmitted my package several times. That was 4 years ago and today I'm flying F/A-18's......DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!
