I am sure that everyone has heard about the growing speculations that with our deployment throughout the world and the growing conflicts in Iraq are stretching our military thin. Bush and others have repetively stated that we will remain in Iraq for years to come (and I personally agree that it is necessary). With recruitment numbers not exactly going up, and the number of soldiers K.I.A. just over 700 now, 100 in the last month alone, not to mention all of those wounded... how does the U.S. fight a long and successful war against terrorism? If you would like a site will ALL of the info about the probablity of the draft returning check out this site...

I believe that if it is necessary to keep our country safe from terrorism, that the draft would be the smart move. Each of us would define keeping our country safe differently, I am sure. My 2 cents is that if my country was in need and called on me... you better believe that I would show up and do my part. What views do all of you hold on this very debated topic?
