I hope you are right that the concentration of assets is a product of routine force rotation and theatre turnover.

Pretty good indication that we shouldn't believe it, then right? Let's do the math - one CSG is due to rotate out and the inbound CSG is the planned relief. Moreover, GHWB is on its way to a port call outside of the C5F AOR. These do not point to an escalation or a change in force structure, do they Chuck?
