Firstly, hello.

Secondly: TKD, red belt, brown stripe. I can put my legs over my head while sitting, but I still can't reach my toes to save my life. Is there any stretch besides the sit reach or other touch-the-toes things that loosen up the calves? That's what's holding me back.
