Agreed. Take away (partly) from Navy air is more stick time, more sleep, more of a warfare emphasis, less paper, engineer/driver career paths, and more CPO/Warrant management.Not practical enough to weather the shitstorm the surface community will get for choosing this as the "best practice" worth taking from aviation
That thing needs more patches...like WAYNE’s thing...Didn’t realize this was a thing.
Why not just bring back the khaki Ike Jacket? Those were comfortable, inexpensive, durable, and had plenty of history. Thank goodness I'm not a SWO anymore.
