I have no idea about that specific picture, but I have seen US Army -47's perform that maneuver in person a while back, so unless something changed they can do that.
Oh I have no doubt we can do that....just looked like a different paint scheme than I have seen....maybe my eyes are just failing me though

Olive drab is a pretty common paint scheme. Could be anybody really, but chances are its US.
I feel bad for the poor guys who had to do corrosion control on that Chinook. "Which one of you Mother F'ers left a dead fish in the ramp?"
You wouldn't believe some of the crap I've pulled out from under floorboards before. Found $100 on a Chinook once and a Snap On 3/8 drive ratchet on a C130. You never know what you might find.
Not to mention the fact that freaking Mario Andretti at the wheel of that RHIB rammed the shit out of the Chinook when they came aboard
Minor point, but it's a CRRC not a RHIB.
