Anyone know what ensemble this Aircrewman is wearing? Looks like the USCG issues dry suit for swimmers....

That's the current standard issue dry suit for USN Rescue Swimmers (or was as of a few months ago). Vendors and brands change. The pilot one (different) with pockets and name tag spot is actually pretty nice compared to what I was told was the previous kit in the mid 2000s.

My old kit expired a year or so ago. I was excited because I would get the new one (in case I ever actually wore one, which I haven't...ever...so far). Then the other day I asked if I had RFI gear. Yup....it's your old one. <Sigh> Looks like I'll not be wearing that again for this winter.
