What's the PT like at TBS? MWF runs? MTWTF runs? O course every other day? Lots harder than OCS? Easier than ocs? Individual, squad, platoon based? With your SPC, other students?

Completely company/platoon dependent. Some companies have scheduled time 3 times a week; others will go on a "moto" run twice during the POI. SPC's will always devote one session to intro to the e-course, and will probably take you to the o-course 4 or 5 times.
As for difficulty, some SPC's make it their goal to cause the entire platoon to fall out of a run, while others stay at a pace the slowest guys can keep up with.
You won't know what you're getting into until you get assigned your company and platoon.

anybody have any insight into the PT regimen of M Co.? Or for that matter, what the day of someone in M Co. consists of, especially if they are in IFS. Do we paint rocks, weed-eat (obviously when the grass starts growing), etc?

If your lucky and have a good M Co student staff --> while in IFS, no formations, phone muster for the duration of your IFS training

If you are lucky but have a deficient M Co Student staff --> Formation in the morning then home...rest up for formation in the afternoon

If you are unlucky --> formation in the morning followed by a 30 minute working party that actually will fill the next 3 - 4 days...(no kidding happened - was told it would take about 30-40 minutes, resulted in the better part of a week)

Some moto M Co leaders held mando PT a while back. That's rare though. Expect to pick up trash at least once a week.

There's no Mike Co. PT, except for mandatory pool PT over at Ramer twice a week. If you're in Mike Co. try to get assigned to the MACE if PT is your thing.

Mike Company is bullshit working parties, it will never change. Formations go at 0730 and 1430. The time in between is yours if you're not on a working party.

No reason to study ahead, unless you have already had a liver transplant. If not, keep working on ruining that first liver, thats most important right now. :icon_zbee

Ask the guys who are in IFS for some study materials. They should have some stuff for you. Or read ahead on TBS stuff, which is more important.
