Conditioning runs are typically run at your own pace, but staff will be everywhere along the route making sure you're actually trying and not sandbagging

My class team gave out demerits to anyone caught walking, especially at that one big hill, but yea morning PT runs were about 3 miles self-paced.
 
What’s the pace that is typically run at OCS? My mile and a half is at 15 minute and within range for my prt, but im curious for runs that are longer if you keep that same pace or it’s slower. I’ll be starting in a winter class if that makes a difference
I think that’s good. I’m at 12 mins I’m sure at the beginning people’s pace will be a little bit slower. Longer runs I’m sure will be a slower pace
