Practice YELLING all of Appendix B at the top of your lungs while doing high knees, pushups, leg lifts, squats, and running so you'll be conditioned for RLP. You'll get a lot of practice during the first few weeks, but if you do it ahead of time, it'll be less of a shock to your system.
