Thats pretty much the bulk of my package... Trying to get into the sept. board. Going Pilot / NFO. My recruiter said the only thing we are waiting on is a tattoo waiver, and hoping for a later board. Anyone know when it will most likely be? Also, does my package look competitive? If I don't get selected in Sept. I am planning to do a retake on the ASTB using the gouge from this site. I only used the Arco 6th edt. book for my first test... and... it sucked for prep...

Thoughts?

Your GPA is great, ASTB could be improved for Aviation, and the extra curriculars are really good. From here on out, IMO, other than re-taking the ASTB, what you'll really want is good LORs, and that'll spice up your package good. I'll let more experienced folks say more.

No prior service.

Got final-select and class up at Newport Sept 8th.

I also wrote an NJP address discussing the situation and how I have learned from it
