Applied/ing to two programs USMC PLC SNA (selected) USN SNA (Have no idea yet, go up in Oct. or Nov.) Previously applied BDCP twice, but had no luck, decided to turn down Marines and pray for Navy OCS. God I hope it works this time!

Other than your smug know-all attitude, nothing is wrong with your posts. Not to mention that you made almost the exact same post 3 times.

5 LOR'S- 2 Former Employers, 1 Prof., 1 youth group leader/family friend, and 1 Guidance Councelor.
PRT (taking on Wednesday the 16th Oct.) push-ups-80ish, sit-ups-100ish, 1.5mile run- 9min.
Age: 23
Flying Experience- less then 10hrs, still flying though.

Please do not confuse my desire for knowledge as a "smug know-all attitide". I have/had no intentions of offending anyone in this forum. If I have, I apologize.:( It was intended to be more of a constructive criticism.:)

Applied for NFO-due to eyes cant be SNA in Jan 2001 was accepted in April 2001 originally for SWO(had to retake the ASTB to get a 4 in FOFAR before OCS)then changed to NFO at OCS. Went to OCS in Sept 01. Graduated top in class in primary-so those scores are supposed to prdict attrition...buncha bull, I'm still in the program with the minimum scores :-)

As for a respond to the quote above, for those who think the Navy don't know what they are doing when they selected me for SNA the Navy saw something in me that they liked. It doesn’t matter what’s your GPA or ASTB scores its how badly you want it.

Nice ASTB scores. That should help them overlook the low GPA. Good luck.
 
I have fallen victim to some tough engineering classes myself... regardless, here's my stats

2.9 in Computer Science at University of Cincinnati
ASTB - 7/7/7 OAR - 65
Age - 22
Flight Exp - 22 hours towards PPL in a Beechcraft Skipper
LOR - Two letters from two different high school band directors, one letter from my flight instructor


I am applying BDCP for the IW community

I'll update as more stats/results show up!
 
Prior HMSN, got separated to PSU NROTC
2.9 in Mechanical Engineering
Age 20.
Didn't take ASTB, but got 93 on AVASB

Applying for SNA, Subs, and SNFO. No medical stuff, I'm tired of being bleed/puked on and getting shot at.
