Okay, here's a random question for y'all. I just happened to be reading an article at CNN.com about military small pox vaccinations...and I was wondering...is the vaccine given while you're at OCS? Or do they give it to you at some other point in your training? My husband was a Marine, and he told me that he got the shot during boot camp. Ouch.
I don't mind getting the shot, but trying to do PT with stuff oozing from your arm doesn't sound like a whole lotta fun...Anyway, I'm just curious. Give me the lowdown.
