I didn't know there was an artist with a reputation behind this piece of work. He does have some more nice stuff. A little dramatic, but Im a fan of the message.

Who did you bribe to get that? If you have one in CA, definitely tell me who I need to bribe when I get back home.

Didn't bribe anyone. Worcester was very gun friendly for a MA city, it was practically shall-issue.

Carver, on the other hand is like HI or LA County....

You CAN get one, but it will cost you..

Pembroke is the same way. They will not issue you a CCW license unless your life has already been threatened and you are under threat of imminent harm. Oh by the way, it takes 30 days to get said license. Morons. I hate sheep.

Not always. Kern county is gun friendly, county of Kings is ok. The local SO dive team used to train at our pool. My LT asked them what it would take for one of our staff to get a CCW. He said, come by and make sure you see me.

It also helps if you fill out the form utilizing the proper wording. I think packing dot org has some helpful hints.

Since I'm here for 3 more years, I would like my CCW. Is Kings a hit-or-miss thing?

I got the feeling that my application would have been approved anyway.

I will try to dig through my junk and PM you with the precise wording I used...basically I presented myself...don't laugh....as a reasonable guy who had some nice stuff....new truck, new bike, new trailer....all the things attractive to a thief.

I then related armed robbery attempts with the shooting and/or death of the victim(s) and that I would rather not be a victim at all.

Being the responsible guy...career Naval Officer, no record, not prone to temper, Almost 10 year NV CCW holder, etc....AND realizing that property was not worth shooting someone over AND realizing that sometimes an alternative might not be available...I think you get the picture.

I sold my self in a similar way in MA, though not as detailed. Sounds like I might give it a shot when I get back from cruise.
